Hello, my name is Bonnie Hartian, and I am the broker/owner of Ardain Real Estate.
I started Ardain Real Estate when I was pregnant with my first child. The idea was to have a family friendly real estate office where clients with young children would feel comfortable. Before long our client base began to expand, and many clients expressed an interest in becoming real estate professionals and joining our team…and so Ardain Real Estate began to grow beyond our original vision to a full service real estate company that served both the residential and commercial market.
Ardain Real Estate now has agents that work with first time home buyers, high end luxury homes, new construction, investment property, multi-units, REO properties, foreclosures, commercial store fronts, office space and even industrial property.
